The location was on a quiet street yet only 3 minutes walking to the harbor. The building is renovated with excellent taste. Although there is no AC, the stone walls kept the temperature comfortable. The owners are very kind.

Wonderful, spacious and full of character. Elodie the manager was prompt and friendly. Great location near the harbor but it is very quiet - the only thing I heard at night were gulls. The bathroom was as what you’d expect to find in a much more expensive hotel. Nice bath products.

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of all amenities yet very quiet. Clean, bright, airy and modern with a cozy feel. Great communication with the host, who helped to make our short stay a great one, with excellent local tips.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It is situated right in the heart of St Martin and just steps away from bars restaurants and shops.
We felt very secure in the property and the facilities for bikes, tourist and apartment information and even for disposing of rubbish were spot on.

We were very lucky with the weather. The staff were very helpful and wonderfully attentive. The place is lovely and quiet, very few children and good facilities. A very quaint and small campsite with everything that we as adults needed. Wouldn't recommend for people with small folks, little to do and not walking distance to anywhere that would provide them with entertainment.
Amazing location less than 5 minutes walk from the port. St Martin is a quaint & old fashishioned town. The apartment is in a quiet area, it has good facilities and a nice pool. The neighbours are friendly (mostly owner occupiers) and there is easy access.
I would definitely recommend hiring bikes to enjoy the Island - look for the cycle paths (Google Maps doesn't pick them up)
The staff were really helpful - there was a small issue with the bed but a quick message and the staff had it fixed within a few hours.
La Martinoise is a beautiful property set in a great location in the middle of St Martin.
Alex is a really welcoming, charming host and gives great service and as much information as you need.
Our room had a great shower and comfortable bed and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh with lovely coffee.

The hotel is a fabulous combination of Boutique and shabby chic, situated in a great location on the edge of St Martin but within minutes of this charming town. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is really a collection of buildings connected internally by a lovely courtyard.
Breakfast was great.
The welcome and care of the host Elodie, the location with it's entrance in the middle of the lively centre, close to the very charming harbor, while being a super quiet place to stay the night with the fresh air form the sea wind and a nice view on the green trees from the 2nd floor view where we stayed.
