Lovely bedroom. Very nice bathroom. Good breakfast selection, with cereals, yoghurt, fruit and bread. The weather was wet so we didn't use the swimming pool. Nice location in the country convenient for driving to Angers.

The building is beautiful and the interior decor exceptional. It is very conveniently located just a short 15min walk from the town and eateries.
Breakfast was delicious with lovely local produce. There were nice little touches like newspapers at breakfast, maps in the room and comfortable chairs on the balcony.
But the best thing about this wonderful place was the hostess who makes it very special.
Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Le Petit Serrant - maison d'hôtes d'exception provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi.

Excellent location convenient for main roads but quiet and peaceful. Left to our own devices, clean and modern accommodation, comfortable. Nice continental breakfast.
The location is excellent, the place, close to a quiet river. The apartment is big and very nice and elegant, with all services possible. It's quiet and warm. I hoped to spend more time there, but I'll come back for sure if I'll travel again in that area

The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful, the location is fabulous few minutes walk from Loire river. Fully equipped room with all amenities and great breakfast. The sitting area in the garden is a lovely place to relax and enjoy your time there.
An amazing authentic house in the country with a lovely swimming pool and gardens. Large room decorated beautifully, timber beams and a lovely garden view.
The bed and pillows were very comfy, breakfast was very nice. Easy drive to the large supermarket. The hostess, even with limited English made us feel very welcome and provided a lovely authentic French experience. Newly decorated bathroom. Very pleasant relaxing overnight accomodation.
If you want a quiet, rural, slightly rustic bed for night (or longer) this place is just fantastic. It is a few miles from the nearest restaurant (Roso, which was also great) but when you put the two together we had a lovely stop over.
Wow what beautiful accommodation, the house and grounds were absolutely stunning, especially the pool area. Maxim was a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We will definitely visit again.
