Location right by the old town is excellent. Room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We opted for breakfast which was superb. Laurence was a fantastic host and gave us some super tips on where to go whilst in Le Mans.

The house is very comfortable with great beds. Bernaud and his wife were great hosts and gave us restaurant recommendations and advice for our one night stop over trip. Such a lovely couple. Very warm and hospitable.
Breakfast was great too and nothing was too much trouble.
