The location was perfect, 5 to 7 minute walk into town, including the old town. Easy to park the car almost directly outside the property. The rooms were beautifully decorated & clean & the hosts were absolutely charming, very helpful with advice on places to see & also to eat & drink.

Our room was initially upstairs but they moved us to a ground floor room, which was great. They also purchased a tv package so that we watch the football! Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good too. Grounds were lovely. The lady owner was lovely!

A fantastic find if you are travelling to Le Mans as it's only 15 minutes drive from the city and offers a relaxing country home experience in extensive surroundings. We had a beautiful room (Ralph Lauren) looking out onto the front garden with marvellous furnishings and a lovely big bathroom. We were very much made to feel at home, and although lunch and dinner aren't provided, it is possible to purchase delicious picnic baskets which can be eaten on the terrace or in one of the shady spots in the grounds. The breakfast was excellent too.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Such a beautiful house and gardens in a great location in Le Mans close to all amenities with plenty of bars and restaurants and the beautiful medieval old town. All within walking distance.
The house is very comfortable with great beds. Bernaud and his wife were great hosts and gave us restaurant recommendations and advice for our one night stop over trip. Such a lovely couple. Very warm and hospitable.
Breakfast was great too and nothing was too much trouble.
The warm welcoming by our host gave us a brightful start to explore and discover Le Mans. Location was perfect, a quiet area yet near the train station/city center. Private parking..The bedding was most comfortable.
