Beautiful room and bathroom. Very comfortable and spacious. Very nicely decorated common area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The building has an elevator which is so convenient when you have luggage. The person in charge is very nice and helpful! Thank you so much for the restaurant recommendations, parking explanation and the iron!! I didn’t know how beautiful Bilbao is until after doing a bike tour all over Bilbao right before checking in. If you want to be closer to the old town and downtown area (which is what I would recommend) you just need to pay a bit more, I wish I did. These rooms are located in Barakaldo which is like 15-20 away from beautiful Bilbao. But the metro station is only 2 minute walk. There are also many affordable places to eat around the building. Please keep in mind there’s NO free parking around. You will need to pay 18€ to park for 24 hours. It’s nearly impossible to find parking on the street. If you are on a budget and don’t mind taking the train back to the heart of Bilbao even at night after a long day, book this place fast!!

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to explore the city on foot from this location. I was looking for an economical stay.

The hotel is in a nice area of old town. All entry is by code and the desk is a block away, but it was safe, quiet, and near the catedral, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was helpful answering my questions whether via WhatsApp or in person.

Lovely staff, reception were helpful and efficient. The bar staff and waiting staff were friendly. We liked the pool, the secure parking, the outdoor seating and the food. Comfortable bed and so quiet, especially considering how close to the motorway it is. Great for a pre-port stopover.

Great Apartment for Larger group of people that will meet all your needs. Especially if you are traveling for the trade show at BEC center as it is really close to the location of the apartment. Shops and all other needs for a longer stay is near by. The Host Mr. Kepa was very helpful with all the info before arriving. We will be coming back here for sure in the future. Thank You
Very clean and modern, great spots to visit around the area, close to metro. Hosts communicated clearly through whatsapp. There was a massive party outside that night and I missed it because the room was so quiet.
