The property was in a renovated beautiful old building (with lots of charms) great location right in the centre of the plaza de Poeta literally just behind plaza major.
The apartment was spacious beautifully decorated with taste and very bright with large windows and great views. Bedroom was large and very comfy with very good bed linen.
Kitchen and bathroom super clean and very modern.

The apartment is great. The location couldn't be better - it was located near the city centre but the street was incredibly quiet. The apartment is exactly like the photos show, and it has everything you may need. Besides, the host was very nice and everything went smoothly. We'd highly recommend this one!
Beautifully clean, VERY fancy shower which we loved, lots of space, great location right in the City Centre (though be aware it is down quite a dark side street), super comfortable mattress and pleasant temperature throughout the apartment. Great big TV with Netflix / YouTube / etc all installed to watch, which was great. The hosts were efficient and polite in communication, plus we felt very safe as apartment is within two locked doors between you and the street, both with keypad locks and CCTV in the communal areas.
I stay here on my way north and south. The hotel might not be so convenient for visitors and tourists just visiting Salamanca, but: Safe easy parking and easy access to motorways without getting caught up in the city streets. Cheap (€10) taxi into town for dinner. Large quiet rooms and very comfy beds, clean well equipped en suites (in my experience few have baths, only showers). Charming staff and English speakers on reception. Large clean restaurant and bar area, with a patio in the garden for warmer months. Very reasonably priced.
The apartment is well appointed and has a washing machine and high quality TV and air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Nice clean linen and towels, comfortable bed. Excellent location 5 minutes walk from main street but remains quiet. Javi communicated very well and was a great host. Eva advised of all the main attractions and provided a very useful map. Lift to units is very welcome when you have heavy baggage.
