Very good apartment! A lot of space, inside you have everything you need. Very clean and cosy. Parking place in the yard, with guarded territory. Host is a very good man, can help you by all your questions. Location is very comfortable to reach city center, Desert road and Agricultural road. Alex City center mall is 5 minutes by car. Strongly recommended!

The Design is just amazing, very cozy, newly refurbished. Was great to have 2 TVs in the apart, new air-conditions . Best experience I had since long time in Alex, will certainly go back
The exquisite old palace feel. Quaint and charming. All staff, especially Ms. Christina has been helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant has the best sunset view. It’s absolutely gorgeous.
they have very large open area i think its 1st hostel in egypt they have swimming pool gym and play game area egyptus villa is very beautiful place for stay with family and solo traveler and price very cheap 8 to 10 $ just per night

One of my best stay in Booking! Everything is perfect and Ahmed is an amazing host. He took care of everything and helped us a lot. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travel to Alexandria.
BTW the location is just next to the sea and you can find everything around. It’s also very easy and cheap to take a minibus to fortress or anywhere.
The apartment was quite big and had all the amenities that we needed. It is quiet. It is a bit far from the city centre but in a nice neighbourhood with lots of little restaurant and super market. The host was also super helpful and took us up from the train station and brought us back at the end of our stay, which was really appreciated!
The room was spotlessly clean. It is two floors above the entrance area and very quiet. The bathroom is great with plenty of hot water. Mr Mustaffa was the the prefect host. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but there are plenty of cafes and Restaurants near by. Alexandria has plenty of public transport and cheap Uber taxis. There are drink making facilities and a microwave. The area is good with friendly local people.
