The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of Markus. The room was both comfortable and well-decorated. Everything was provided and explained by Markus in great detail. Markus was always very welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. The breakfast was freshly made each day and more than adequate.

Helmines house offered a lot of space, many good facilities and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for walks, nature was on the doorstep. At night it was so quiet!
We were delighted with the queit and idylic location of the guest house: in its own park, looking back over the river towards lovely Mettlach. The guesthouse was also charming and had a real sense of history and the Belle Epoch about it. The Villeroy & Boch wares in use and on display were welcome. We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant and were very appreciative of the staff member's wine knowledge and recommendation: the 'Black Print' from Pfalz was delicious!
The hostess came immediately to show us around and give us the keys upon arrival (although we arrived 2 hours earlier). The apartment was a lot nicer than I expected.
Very comfortable with the kids, very quiet and everything you need is nearby (playground, supermarket, bakery).

Kitchen is well equipped.
We even got easter eggs as a treat 😊
