Location was alright to stay there for a night. Nothing exciting, just a bed, a bathroom and a table you cant really call a table, because its small as hell. But if you are fine with that, it's alright.

Great location - very near to the city centre and the station. The room was clean, the bathroom very nice, comfortable bed. There was a (common) kitchen with basic equipment. The windows had blinds, so it was possible to darken the room very efficiently. Lots of sockets to charge devices. The plastic mat for wet shoes was a really nice touch.

Everything about the flat was excellent. It was like home away from home. Stefan is a great host. Flat has almost all facilities. Even more than expected ones. If I ever stay in Detmold again, would like to stay in the same flat.
This is the best place to stay in Detmold! You can walk to grocery and bakery. It is a beautiful, spacious, and quiet place. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in their lovely modern kitchen which had everything we needed. The flat is in a charming residential area. Private parking space for our rental car. The host was helpful, kind, and immediately responded to our questions. Excellent!!
Our daughter lives in Detmold and it was a 10 minute walk to her place and the park and opera house. We will rent this place again!
