The place was very clean and had a very good location and view. They were very helpful with our checkout as we had a laye flight. We were able to store our luggage in their brother hotel and use the beach , pool and a shower. Totally helped is out, I recommend them fully.

First good impression: the proprietor collected us from the airport (otherwise unusual). Wonderful Apartment with a view of the sea, where we got a welcome drink. 3 Bedrooms 2 storeys, 2 terraces, spaceous Kirchen and living room. Open- minded, generous proprietor who gave us information about all the island and was always at our disposal to help us whenever needed. Besides, Palmeira is an authentic fishing village and you come into contact with the local people- not so easily possible elsewhere.

The family taking care of the Nifa House are extremely excellent people. We had health problem and they took care of us like a part of the family. It is so good to find people like them when you are travelling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Roof, it was the perfect base to explore the town and a great alternative to a resort-style all inclusive, which isn’t really our thing. It is very well located and everything is easily reached on foot - the beach is two minutes walk away. The roof terrace is lovely and secluded, and the small pool is great for those wanting a break from the beach. Everything in the apartment was quite new and the beds were really comfy, with great air conditioning and a small kitchenette, should you need it. There are lots of plugs in the apartment, and we also had a small balcony. JC, the owner, is an incredible host and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect - a 10/10. He organised any trips we wanted to do, and was always immediately contactable. Nothing was too much trouble, he’s a very helpful guy and it was nice to see an owner who takes a lot of pride in their property and guests’ experience. Due to our room being empty the next day, we were also given the benefit of a later check out to meet our flight time, which was hugely appreciated. Merci pour ce super séjour!
