The owners were sooo lovely, and really made the stay nice. Great location just a short walk from the main plaza. Yummy breakfast. We found this property to be much better value for money than many others nearby. We were also able to do laundry at a small fee which was very helpful.

Beautiful property that has preserved architecture from colonial period and a touch of modernity (like the pool and well equipped communal kitchen). Great location just a few blocks away from the square. The hostess was very kind, the place has a lot of potential and looks like it has been very good in the past. The room and the bathroom are large.
Best accommodation we have had so far. The host and his aid were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the premises were clean, and the bedroom in this 200 years old building was particularly comfortable and charming. Barichara has been a real pleasure.
This hostel is situation in the heart of Barichara, walking distance to everything in the quaint, beautiful town. The room exceeded our expectations as did the staff. Really enjoyed staying with the trip monkey hostel chain and would highly recommend.
Hands down one of the best places I stayed in Colombia. Everything about it is perfect, from the rooms and lobby area to the pool. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Barichara itself is a charming village with old colonial architecture, and the locals are incredibly welcoming and kind.
A great apartment, large comfortable and clean. Nice little kitchen, washing machine and a lovely garden with a small but adequate pool and lounging area. Maria was an excellent host, helped us with everything and was very friendly and chatty. Great quiet location and close enough to town. Great terrace outside the room.
