The location is really close to the lake so you can chill by the lake anytime you want. The bed is comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom is easy to manage. The staff are friendly and speaks variety of languages. I like the common area, which is cozy and lovely.

Great location — slightly off the center of the town but very quiet and nice (Arthur and I probably were the loudest lol), and totally walkable to anywhere including a nice cafe that is 3min away.
Also, we love the kitchen! We’ve been traveling for a while and the family style kitchen allowed us to cook some dishes from home :) it means a lot to us. It would be better if the kitchen has couple chopsticks hahaha
Would recommend anyone who wants to experience the daily life here to stay.

Great location in perfect walking distance to the town. Very friendly staff. Restaurant ambience could be improved but the food was good at dinner and especially at breakfast. Spacious rooms and nice pool and sauna which could be pre-booked for private enjoyment. Consuelo was extremely helpful to upgrade our room to a quieter floor for the second night.
Great hostel in an older house 2 blocks from all the local buses to all the locations. Situated on a hill with very beautiful stairs leading past the place. Kitchen is located in a separate building from hostel so you don't have to smell what everyone is cooking.
The nicest hostel I have been to in Chile, and I have travelled a lot through Chile. Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊). Staff are very friendly and Pierre, the owner, obviously cares a lot about his guests. Good value too - Puerto Varas isn't cheap. Surely hope to be back!
The location is great. Next to the city center, but also quiet area. The house is so beautiful, with the option to make your own coffee for breakfast. Clean and neat , beautiful furniture and so delightful to stay. Carla was a great host and super helpful! She was there whenever we needed her.

The location of the hostel is a bit outside of the city center, but we enjoyed walking along the lake to get to the center.
