I love the individual entrances, the connection with the outdoors, the skylight in the room, the pleasant staff.
The dining area has a very good standard and is spotless. I didn't use the refrigerator or toaster oven but they are available. The only problem is that the microwave is in the utility room. The breakfast is modest, but it is very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fruit juice and the yogurt.
This is the first budget hotel where I got a decent mat in the bathroom.
They have real cable TV instead of Netflix or YouTube.

The place was Clean, had everything I needed for daily use. They even had washing machine and Iron! Which for me, that had to travel by plane with limited clothes and had important meetings, was really appreciative.
The water quality and pressure was really good too! Nothing like a good back after a long trip.
Good place in the city center. The owner speaks English and likes to practice. One block away from bus 102 which brings you to the south or north beaches for cheap.
