The spa facilities were exceptional as well, a pool, big jaccuzi and a few saunas is everything you need for a nice day after skiing. The rex hotel also has a bakery with some fine products and a cocktail bar with great service too.

We stayed with four people, two adults and two teens at the end of the holiday season. The guesthouse is very cozy, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. Being able to ski to the bus stop leading to the Saas Fee cable car in the morning is very convenient. The owner Corina is kind and the welcome very warm. We will definitely be back.

all the ladies at the restaurant were particularly kind. the pension is 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the town, but in a lovely and so peaceful place. the panorama from the room was amazing. a destination we hoped to return to

I had a really great stay at Chalet Memory. The flat is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and has a spacious terrace with a lovely view on the town. The area is quiet, and it is conveniently located for walking to the centre. Doreen was a great host throughout, and was always very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.
The hotel is charming. Thor and Michelle are excellent hosts and could not do enough. Breakfast was delicious. The bar was very cosy. Our room was immaculate and super quiet. We will return.
Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts, Thor was a great host, and the hotel was had a lot of really nice local decorations etc that gave it a nice atmosphere and made you feel like you were living in a traditional place in the Swiss Alps.

Waking up in the morning to a clear Matterhorn view from bed was life changing, coolest hostel view so far. The whole staff was great, the most helpful of them all was the janitor when we arrived early, great guy! Really appreciated dinner being available on location as it was cheaper than food in town which was pretty far away. Bathroom was nice a clean and safe, and our room was comfy and quiet.
Superbly clean and well equipped spacious apartment in a great location, quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to shops/bars/ski lift. The host communication was excellent. Our first time self catering after many hotel stays in Zermatt, and we are converted!
