The location right on the lake was priceless! Amazing to swim in and gorgeous views. Sunset and sunrise peeped behind the Alps. There are tons of common areas, several refrigerators for guests to use, books & games to borrow, and breakfast offered (15 ea). Laundry could be done by staff for a fee.

Everything was very clean. I had never stayed in a hostel and didn’t know what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was very clean as well.
Great location with a fantastic view of the mountains and lake Lucerne. We travelled as a family of (4) and it was important for us to be in the same room. Its difficult to find accommodation outside of the major cities with enough beds that aren't a sofa and this place ticked the box.
This place is very neat, clean and quiet. It is located in a fantastic location right next to the Lake Lucerne. Very friendly and professional staff. There was also drinking water and a kettle in the corridor which you could drop some money for. That was a brilliant idea.
Placement close enough to Lucern and cheaper that there. I asked for kitchen dishes and cutlery and host provided all I asked.
