Breakfast was excellent!! Bus stop just outside hotel for easy access to downtown; Train stop 3 minute walk. Parking was very convenient just outside front door. Bathroom was newly renovated. Host was very nice!

The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. We wanted to do more touring on the day we were leaving, and they kept our bags until late in the afternoon. We had dinner the night we arrived. Same staff, they work so much and so hard and yet still some of the friendliest service we have ever had (I am in the hospitality industry in the US) and these people are top notch! If you are there when they have pumpkin soup available, you have to get it, one of the best soups I have ever had!!!

Everything was very clean. I had never stayed in a hostel and didn’t know what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was very clean as well.
Great location with a fantastic view of the mountains and lake Lucerne. We travelled as a family of (4) and it was important for us to be in the same room. Its difficult to find accommodation outside of the major cities with enough beds that aren't a sofa and this place ticked the box.
This place is very neat, clean and quiet. It is located in a fantastic location right next to the Lake Lucerne. Very friendly and professional staff. There was also drinking water and a kettle in the corridor which you could drop some money for. That was a brilliant idea.
Placement close enough to Lucern and cheaper that there. I asked for kitchen dishes and cutlery and host provided all I asked.
