Me and my friend (2 families) booked this stay for 3 nights in July 2024. I must say it's a great experience to stay in Swiss chalet and get a local swiss feel.. Rooms were good size but what we loved, especially with 2 people occupancy room, it has amazing view from attached gallery, complete backdrop of swiss Alps.. We got one room with a shared bathroom, but that was also very clean and equipped with all required amenities (anither quadraple room didn't have the same mountain view, though). It is better to message explicitly during booking for specific requests. The hotel location was great and very approachable from Gstaad 12 min drive and also from hotel Launensee and other beautiful places are at short distance by car. Being core DDLJ fan, all promising shooting locations are nearby this hotel that includes famous Wooden bridge and Bodenstrasse drive ( in ho gaya hai tuzko to pyaar sajna song) so we had special connect with this place..Also, hotel staff was very courteous and they have beautiful sports bar inside and outdoor patio with scenic view around..They arranged musical show in evening and we had great time with amazing dinner options n deserts (swiss feel) so it turned our to be memorable stay. This is real europe 😀

The apartment is in a great location in the centre. Spacious inside with dramatic mountain face views from the large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication with hosts was efficient and helpful.
A very nice and clean apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Great location, parking spot just next to the building, bike/ski room, elevator, quiet area. There was everything we needed in the apartment when it comes to the kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories and the room equipment - nothing more was needed.
well located, close to everything, place well equipped for its size, host was easy to contact, handover was also easy, balcony, nice view of the mountain and sun at night, many small items available (cleaning, household staff, basic cooking staff for kitchen) very appreciated. Very quiet. Good for a weekly stay for a couple or a couple with a kid and short stays for bigger groups (e.g. a weekend)
The location is great, easy to find in small and charming village. The apartment is in good order and have most of the facilities one need for a comfortable stay. We didn't see the host but she could be reached easily on WhatsApp. Migros supermarket is also nearby. Thermal spa and tourist information within walking distance.
