It was fine for us, but you'll definitely need a car to explore Vancouver, it took 20 to 30 minutes to most of the popular downtown neighborhoods, also depends on time & traffic. It was well stocked w/all essentials. Modern kitchen appliances w/accessories & additional bath towels...Perfect for a couple or w/just one child. Sink & toilet in half bath downstairs, right next to kit, liv rm & dining area & full bath w/tub & shower in the upstairs bath between the bedrooms...

Nice seating areas on each floor give a welcoming feel inside the hotel. Easy access to Skytram to Vancouver city centre (45min) & tourist areas.
Our stay worked out very well. There was plenty of space and privacy. The location was also very quiet with good road access and amenities close by. Amy and Brian were excellent hosts and we would definitely book again in the future.
Great location. It was clean, and the bed was comfy. We heard an occasional CP Rail train but otherwise quiet. We had a great view of the river on the 4th floor. There was a skylight and a large sitting area on our floor. The front desk was friendly.
Great view! Had to reprogram the TV -pain in the "A" burnt out light bulbs, switches that seemed to do nothing. But Great view of river. Great location. Had to pay for parking. Cheap nickel and dime stuff is a pain.
Wonderful host and hostess...wonderful historical building and so much history in this area. An original elevator, a quaint kitchen complete with a cast iron sink, an historical claw foot tub and historical toilet, dining room with vintage china and silverware, beautiful bay windows and the original exterior fire escape railings. Our host and hostess were a wealth of information and were so interesting. And very accomodating.
Location in quiet family neighborhood 2 minutes walk to Columbia Train station. Spacious new apartment. Views to the street and side view of river from bedroom. Washer and Dryer for your use. Private bathroom in shared apartment. Host TARUN was friendly but only saw him once to get keys.
