Location was great, near to the center of the town. The hosts were really friendly and kept visiting to make sure that the fireplace in the tavern was lit. Once they saw we were fine by ourselves they did not interrupted us anymore. Rooms were clean and neat. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again next time I'm around.

This family owned hotel is very charming. We decided to stay here because of its location next to the 7 lakes hike. It met our expectations for the conviennent location but also surprised us with an amazing customer service, a rich and tasty breakfast and restaurant for the evening. The price is really low for all the amnesties included ( jacuzzi and spa). There is also plenty of space for parking which is convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at villa ema and will come back for sure.
Everything was great and we even spontaneously extended our stay to enjoy the spa longer. The hotel is in a quiet forest, the rooms are modern, well equipped with amenities and very clean, the restaurant has a nice mix of traditional and modern design. The breakfast was very good and everything we tried from the à la carte menu had great taste and quality.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Panichishte. We enjoyed every minute we spent there. Clean, quiet with excellent breakfast and good restaurant. Perfect for relaxing short vacation. We will definitely come back.

We had to leave early morning and the host served us breakfast before the scheduled time so we don’t leave hungry. What a treat! And homemade strawberry jam!!!
What an adventure! We loved staying at Lovna hut. Be prepared to hike for 40 mins from the Rila Chairlift carpark. It was worth it, once you are there you are in the most peaceful clearing in the woods. Boris was a great host, even though there was a language barrier he made sure we were comfortable and fed. Bonus was having a friendly dog and cat at the hut too!
