It's a one-minute walk to the beach in front of Sandals ,but I preferred to walk about 5 -minutes to swimmable Dover Beach where sun beds/umbrellas were for rent,and where there were beachfront restaurants. Plenty of taxis were available near the hotel.
If one intends to spend one's vacation exploring the various beaches on the island as I did ,then this hotel is quite acceptable. If you need to spend much time in the hotel then this may not be the place for you,although the terraces were nice. The rooms are very basic,but clean.Nothing shabby .The hotel rate is VERY good given the cost of most hotels on the island during high season. There was no noise from cars/traffic. Management was very timely in responding to emails. I would stay here again-unless I were on my honeymoon.

The location was great, close to the beach, close to the market. The rooms are small but it was more than what we needed. Cute little patio and gardens. Very well taken care of.

The price was great for a low budget person. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cooking utensils, microwave and refrigerator and a hot plate were provided. The small bed was ok for a couple, but not for 2 freinds traveling together.

I liked the curb appeal of the home. It was well maintained & landscaped beautifully. Iris was available and very obliging with any questions or concerns— which I had none. Fellow guests were pleasant. It was very quiet & location was excellent — walking distance St. Lawrence Gap, Oistons, Dover Beach, etc. I look forward to returning of to Barbados & the Dolphin Inn😊

Great location. Clean. Facilities kind of run down but comfortable bed, great air conditioning and good shower. Would have liked a fridge in my room but otherwise had everything I needed.

Gaby, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, had a huge bed and great air conditioning. We could also use the kitchen without any problem and had use of a balcony next to the TV room. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Great location for restaurants and easy access to the beaches.
The apartment was in a great location just a short walk from Oistins, really close to a local beach and about a 15min walk to Miami beach. Alwin took us to the local shop on arrival and a tour of Oistins, explaining where things were and how to get around
The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had linen changes and cleaning every other day.
Alwin also took us to the airport when he was unable to arrange a taxi for us on our departure, which was above and beyond

Fabulous apartment, a home from home .A great host who kept in touch advising on things to do on a few rainy days !. Facilities and cleanliness were great !. Two bathrooms were perfect with a teenage boy ! . Location is great at the quiet end of the gap, but many great bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great pool area ! . Big thanks to Cherylle and Liz for making us so welcome 🙏.
Lyn was very helpful. A great host. Communication was excellent. Great location. Transportation links were very good. The beach being so close was a real bonus. The accommodation was clean and well equipped for our needs. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
Sue's house is located 5 minutes walk away from Oistins' fish market and yet, the room was super quiet at night. Sue is a great hostess, she made sure that we had everything we needed and that we felt like a part of her family. I especially loved meeting the various members of her family and having a firsthand feel of life in Barbados.
we enjoyed everything at the guest house including the host. We were welcomed with refreshments, that was super. The host was very informative and timely. It was very quiet, cozy and felt very safe. I will spread the word about this guest house.
