Good location for Oistins. Sufficiently away from the centre to avoid it being noisy, but close enough to walk to the fish market in the evening, which is what I was interested in. Good hosts for a very basic accommodation

Staff was very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my balcony and the view I had was great! The shower and footbath were easily accessible. I rented a bicycle and management allowed me to lock the bike up in the outdoor lobby area which was a big help. You could not ask for a friendlier staff who made sure your room was clean, the Inn was secure at night and if you needed anything, you just had to ask. Highly recommend this real Bajan Inn.

It is exactly what the name implies.
It's not a new building with modern facilities but rather a 300 year old military hospital converted to an airbnb..it is comfortable and homely .
The grounds of the property are very huge .no pool, but you have a nice jogging path and might catch a glimpse of the dogs chasing a family of monkeys.
The monkeys are very good at teasing the dogs..
Sometimes it's good to experience a different view and live among the locals.and sometimes you go for luxury and comfort. Everything has a price.
I was satisfied with the hospitality and comfort, and it served my purpose as I could go in every direction and find something to do.
It was also not far from the venue that my meeting was being held.

Sussane is an exceptional host. The room was welcoming and fresh. The layout and style was beautiful. I was totally unprepared for such a fairytale meet and greet. Lighting was soft and easily accessible from the bedside. Plenty of sockets to charge devices. Cleanliness was outstanding. The kitchen area and the bathroom were both super equipped. There is nothing I could have asked for. If I were on a romantic getaway, Sussane’s apartment would have hit all the right spots. I’m sure she would have put a complimentary bottle of bubbly in the fridge!

Gaby, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, had a huge bed and great air conditioning. We could also use the kitchen without any problem and had use of a balcony next to the TV room. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Great location for restaurants and easy access to the beaches.
The apartment was in a great location just a short walk from Oistins, really close to a local beach and about a 15min walk to Miami beach. Alwin took us to the local shop on arrival and a tour of Oistins, explaining where things were and how to get around
The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had linen changes and cleaning every other day.
Alwin also took us to the airport when he was unable to arrange a taxi for us on our departure, which was above and beyond

Fabulous apartment, a home from home .A great host who kept in touch advising on things to do on a few rainy days !. Facilities and cleanliness were great !. Two bathrooms were perfect with a teenage boy ! . Location is great at the quiet end of the gap, but many great bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great pool area ! . Lyn was very helpful. A great host. Communication was excellent. Great location. Transportation links were very good. The beach being so close was a real bonus. The accommodation was clean and well equipped for our needs. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
Sue's house is located 5 minutes walk away from Oistins' fish market and yet, the room was super quiet at night. Sue is a great hostess, she made sure that we had everything we needed and that we felt like a part of her family. I especially loved meeting the various members of her family and having a firsthand feel of life in Barbados.
we enjoyed everything at the guest house including the host. We were welcomed with refreshments, that was super. The host was very informative and timely. It was very quiet, cozy and felt very safe. I will spread the word about this guest house.

Earl is a very kind, welcoming and friendly host, happy to help with anything you might require. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet area.
