Great location that provided good access to Barossa locations of interest. The owner's response to any assistance needed was quickly responded to and resolved. Would recommend the location of stay to family and friends.

There was bacon & eggs in the fridge for our breakfast which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed some pizzas and wine in their restaurant just a few meters away from our accommodation. They were some of the best pizzas we have ever had! Peter was a great host and made time to come to our table and chat. Very warm hospitality from all of the staff at Grand Cru Estate.

The beautiful grounds, the history of the estate. It was quiet, comfortable and well equipped.
Peter and the golden retrievers were great hosts. We spent the evening chatting over his exceptional pizza and wine. The homestead is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities. The fridge was stocked with bacon, eggs, bread and all the extras needed for breakfast. It's a great location to base a weekend in the Adelaide Hills or Barossa Valley for an adventure. You will not be disappointed!
A lovely quiet location but very accessible to local sights. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and available to meet all our needs.
All communication with the hosts was prompt and easy and the property manager was really friendly and helpful. The Stables cotttage is an interesting change from the ordinary. The atmosphere is relaxing, charming and cosy. We apreciated the care taken to provide a welcoming home away from home and some treats and basic supplies which were a lovely surprise. There are lots of wineries and interesting small towns a short drive away or you can just relax in the garden.
Meander Retreat is a beautifully presented property. It is very comfortable and has all of the extras that you need for a memorable stay, including freshly baked bread and honey made on site. It is in a great location to explore the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas. Evelyn is a great host and made us very welcome.
