Absolutely everything! Attention to detail was second to none. Down to a delicious freshly baked loaf of bread. Location is perfect, beach, wine region….. & take note of the suggestion books….. spot on!

We loved our stay here. Such a great size with lots of room. The style and design really made it special and felt like a home away from home. We will defiantly be back!

Insanely good value for money. Magnificent hamper upon arrival. Warm hosts and they’ve provided everything you need to make your stay comfortable. One of the best value for money places I have stayed.

Barbara greeted us on arrival and showed us to the guest house. She has the place set up very nicely with those added little touches that set this apart from most. Her gardens are extensive and are a real pleasure to walk through. It really is the place to be that's close enough to the city but far enough at the same time. Perfect for a couples getaway or a singles trip for some quiet, relaxed nature filled holiday.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The staff are fabulous and the location is good as I needed a last minute cheap room near my mum who'd been in hospital so it was close to her and FMC.
It was a budget room and for $100 a night that was fair, It was very clean for its age and there were 2 towels each which is great because this one towel per person at a hotel is crap now, especially if you have long hair.
I was grateful for the location - not where I would have chosen to stay but it was available at short notice for a very reasonable rate, where my usual choices were priced exploitatively high. AS it turned out the trip to where I needed to go closer to the city centre was quite easy on a Sunday morning with the freeway to help. THe host was friendly and extremely helpful.
Lovely staff 10/10 for customer service , the cleaning lady was really nice, kept the room serviced daily
very close & a short walk to shops, supermarket hotels etc and a short drive to some lovely beaches, nice quiet spaces to sit and have a quiet drink or a read in the sun, indoor pool , plenty of onsite parking
Good restaurant, nice meals ,tea & coffee & jug/fridge in the room , hotel has a gaming room onsite
The location for us was perfect, we'd stay here again.
Very helpful host, easy check in process , very clean , lovely surrounds , quiet street , comfortable beds
