We had a wonderful stay at Debatoun charming hotel! The rooms were cozy and well-kept, and we loved the how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Breakfast in morning was a real highlight, with delicious homemade options that made us feel like home. This place is owned by a couple that knows exactly what the word "guesthouse" means. They are very hospitable and nice people.
They will help you with everything from the beginning till the end of your journey to the Lori region. There are too many places to visit in this region ( places that are not on Google) and if you want to get the most of it, this place is very you can get all the information needed.
The view of the guesthouse is just stunning, we had a whole evening watching the canyon and drinking wine. We even saw the rise of the moon for the frost time in my life.

Very friendly staff and great location, just 10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The place was in a back street so it was relatively quiet for such a central location.
Very cosy room in a beautiful and quiet area. It seems that the owners really love hosting people. We found our room spotless with so many extras, comfortable mattress and perfect bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional and rich. Vanadzor and the surrounding area was the highlight of our 2 week trip in Armenia and I think that staying at Noy's guest house contributed a lot to this positive experience.
Sparkling, modern and spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable large bed with white linen. Kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water, dressing gowns, slippers, towels and toileters provided along with a warm welcome.

Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. Very clean and well-kept guesthouse/hostel. Located close to the main square and there are nearby supermarkets and ATMs. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Quiet appartment in the outskirts of town, you feel like in nature, although the city centre is at walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from the bus station and he brought me there, after having arranged a minibus transfer for me. At arrival I was served coffee and self made cake by the lady of the house. You experience genuine Armenian hospitality here!
