The owner couple are so kind ,they also upgrade our room as it’s not a busy day.Their daughter speaks English,so there’s no problem for communication.

Super-welcoming hosts and great location on the clifftop of Debed Canyon. Great treks from the village all well.signposyed and trails marked. There is no shop or cafe in the village but the family serves the most terrific meals with local produce. The owner has created a small museum which is really interesting - household items from ancient to modern. The family also arranged a spot in a shared taxi from Yerevan, which was cheap and easy. The cottage has all facilities you might need, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, cooker, kettle.

Very friendly staff and great location, just 10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The place was in a back street so it was relatively quiet for such a central location.
Very cosy room in a beautiful and quiet area. It seems that the owners really love hosting people. We found our room spotless with so many extras, comfortable mattress and perfect bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional and rich. Vanadzor and the surrounding area was the highlight of our 2 week trip in Armenia and I think that staying at Noy's guest house contributed a lot to this positive experience.

Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. Quiet appartment in the outskirts of town, you feel like in nature, although the city centre is at walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from the bus station and he brought me there, after having arranged a minibus transfer for me. At arrival I was served coffee and self made cake by the lady of the house. You experience genuine Armenian hospitality here!
