The guesthouse was set a little out of town but still walkable. Beautiful peaceful setting beside a river with a river beach. In addition, a swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant that night. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy to find. There were many outdoor pursuits available in the area and we regret not spending longer there to enjoy them.

I have traveled all around Albania and this was by far the best stay. The owners were marvellous, the food was divine and very good value.

We had a great time staying at Progon House. Room was clean and cosy. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The house is close to the waterfall hike, the views of the canyon are great. Perfect for a quiet night in a cute little village. Thank you for having us!

Really beautiful place, with cozy rooms, comfy beds, and perfect garden. Free parking, garden furniture was big plus. We really appreciate a fresh fruit in fridge :-) Amazing view from window. And very nice hosts. Thank you!

Everything was just perfect!! I wish we could have stayed longer with Mira (the owner) and her family. They are such a lovely people! We were welcomed by the entrance door on arrival by Mira with a big smile and opened arms. She handed some mountain cherries over to us to try. She took us to the room, which was absolutely stunning! They built it themselves wow It had a fully equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, we also had fresh towels, clean sheets. We were given slippers too! The room doesn't have a toilet or shower inside -we could have asked for one with these things in it, but we were very happy not to. So, the shower and the toilet were shared, and spotlessly clean! No queues :) Great water pressure and hot water! There is no grocery shop around, but we were not needed it, as Mira was cooking a traditional meal! A lamb and vegetable soup, homemade burek filled with vegetables and greek salad. The ingredients were from her garden or made by her neighbours such as cheese, so everything was locally sourced! They make their own traditional spirit, called Raki and their own wine yummy They made us try those too, while we were having dinner together with them. In the morning, we had a mountain lemon flower tea, which they pick themselves in the summer from top of the mountain. They walk 4 hours to get the best ones! Sadly we didn't stay long enough to do a mountain tour with them. So make sure, you book one with them before you go! Honestly, we felt like we have known eachother for long, just like being at home and seeing a friend!!! Thank you so much for having us Mira!!! Breakfast- even if we had for the drinks (water and coffee) extra; we bought late, but they still were available. Located directly in the nature.

The road was very bad to drive The swimming pool is not nearby the hotel but down the road 10 min by car, toilets over there we’re very dirty. Owner is very Nice an friendly person who wants to have his quests to be comfortabel. We planned yo hike but there was no route available So we skipped that plan

An absolute highlight in accommodation in Albania. The road up there is really a challenge, our borrowed little Fiat had a bit of a problem and needed a bit of help from us. Anyway, the view was definitely worth it, and what about the dinner?! The lady of the house cooked us a huge and delicious dinner and breakfast. All the owners were very nice. The building itself is over 100 years old and is truly unique and beautiful. We regret that we only stopped for one night, we will definitely make it longer next time.
