The property was in an exceptional location for the touring we wanted to do. The host left lots of information on the local area; restaurant suggestions and welcomed us by leaving eggs from her farm. Also, a bottle of wine. The best booking I have made in quite a while.

I loved the updated Beachy/farmhouse feel if that is a thing and the coziness of this rental was very comfortable and inviting. It was quiet and safe and the neighbors were all extremely pleasant.
This place has a quirky, delicious soul! Well decorated, clean, some nice snacks for us, comfortable beds, and charming to the point of "crazy, fun". I will long remember this old farmhouse.
Great looking stone farmhouse that reminded me of the house I grew up in. Very comfortable, with chilly A/C (we stayed end of Jul to early Aug). Conveniently located close to lots of fun activities (Biltmore, Arboretum, etc). Hygene items were provided in case you forgot anything, which was so thoughtful. Very relaxing and quiet.
The location was great. Very convenient to stores, restaurants and beach access. The suite was very cozy and clean. I loved the farmhouse feel & the owners/staff were wonderful and warm. Will go back very soon!
No breakfast at lodge, but found a nice breakfast buffet within a couple miles. Fuller’s farmhouse buffet was very good..
It is a home away from home. This is our second visit to the Farmhouse. It was just a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable as the last time we visited.
