THERE WERE NO MAJOR DAMAGES TO FARMHOUSE IN THE CITY! BUT WE CANNOT REOPEN UNITL WATER IS RESTORED TO ASHEVILLE. CLOSED UNTIL WATER IS RESTORED--- Step back in time to this ethereal fairytale home. Situated on a beautifully landscaped acre with fruit trees and abundant native botanicals, sit on the back deck and watch the sun set over the mountains. This charming 1940’s stone farmhouse has all the old world ambiance, yet provides the conveniences of modern amenities. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it’s large enough for a family gathering yet quaint and private enough for a more intimate rendezvous next to the wood burning fireplace. Precisely 4.6 miles from Downtown, with a full back yard, private furnished back deck with grill and comfortable interior furnishings, this charming home is plenty for your group. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and basic pantry items, coffee and tea service and other touches which make this stay a home away from home. With two full bedrooms downstairs, a loft and full bedroom upstairs, your group will have plenty of room to play and relax. This home features a comfortably furnished living room with smart TV and dining room space and an area with a desk workstation. There is a full bathroom downstairs and the second level has a split bathroom: a bath tub, separate shower and sink in one room and a toilet and sink in another closed room with a vanity in both. There are four full sized bedrooms, one of which has its own access to the back patio. A washer and dryer set up is provided. Complimentary coffee and tea service.

The home is surrounded by plant life separating it from other homes nearby. There is a semi busy 25 mph main road set about 80 feet from the house with yard space in between. Please keep your pups on leash when outside. 3 miles from a local hot spot West Asheville features restaurants, shopping, breweries and cafes and only 4 miles to the River's parks and recreation and River Arts District studio tours. It’s furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture, and decorated with artwork from many of the areas prominent artists.
