Quiet, serene location. Cute funky cottage with loft sleeping area, easy to manage stairs to the loft. Resident cat made herself comfortable. :) Got to feed the sheep by hand. Mt Barker, a property with a garden, is located in Wanaka, 13 km from The Wanaka Tree, 44 km from Cardrona, as well as 45 km from Central Otago District Council. 1. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. 2. Though, it is 10 miles from downtown, but the driving time is only 11 minutes. so it is actually very convinient. 3. The setting of the place is beautiful and we have our own small house. From the backyard, we can see the mountains, the view is just unbelievable. 4. It is very quiet and you can even star gazing at night, which we did and this is something I have always want to do. 5. Given the surrounding, location and facility, the price is very reasonable. If we go to Wanaka again, we will definitely stay here again.

Featuring mountain views, Bramley's Stables and Accommodation offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 22 km from Christchurch Art Gallery. Loved the fire and radiator heating system. Owners lit the fire for us to ensure we were cosy and warm. It's a very peaceful, private setting with extra comfy beds.
