I absolutely loved my stay at Mt Barker. The view was outstanding and I had the most peaceful and relaxing few days there. The place was perfect for me.

A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the farm stay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The loft was exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed. We loved the small touches with the supply of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, olive oil, seasoning and washing power. Great to have Netflix etc. Great location, 20 mins from Queenstown and Arrowtown is worth a visit.

Excellent accommodation with a stunning view - so peaceful and relaxing and the shower was to die for. So much better than staying in town and well worth the short drive out to Mt Barker Farmstay. A perfect base for daytrips around the region - thank you our lovely host, we appreciated the beautiful environment and quiet downtime.

Highlands on Homestead was wonderful. Spotless, excellent shower, really comfy bed, great wifi, about 10 minutes drive to the blue penguin centre ( our reason for visiting Oamaru). The farm animals and garden were so lovely to relax in and explore - can’t beat rural night skies either, so clear! . Breakfast was an added bonus!
Affordable accommodation near Arrowtown. Our unit was the barn with a well equipped kitchen and good heating and very private. It was spotlessly clean and we were able to wander wherever we wanted on a small rural block. Only a short drive to Arrowtown.The owners were friendly and helpful. The unit we had had a king bed in the main studio and two singles in another room but in our case locked off as we were only a couple. Good parking.

The room was clean and fully equipped. The comfort room was very spacious. Had a great sleep as bed was very comfortable. It was a great farm stay experience - the tranquility of the place was calming and relaxing. Highly recommended!
Hunters Moon is a beautiful bed and breakfast farm stay out in a serene countryside. It's location is only a few minutes away from Mosgiel township and only kilometers down the road from Dunedin. Being in the country it offers many places to walk plus it's close to Wingatui race track if you want to spend time at the horse races. The value for money was worth every cent. Good size rooms, most with ensuites, very clean, tidy and welcoming.
Something a little different than the ordinary. This rural location offered a fun experience for the children with opportunity to feed farm animals and watch rabbits hopping in the paddocks. Quiet and peaceful location but close enough to either Mosgiel or Dunedin. Absolutely loved it and hosts have done a great job to make sure everything is homely.
