Dating back to 1828, this family-run farm in West Iceland offers bright rooms with country-style décor. Facilities include a guest kitchen, TV lounge and terrace with outdoor hot tub. Such a beautiful location in the countryside. Comfortable bed, spacious kitchen and nice seating area. Delicious breakfast included. Even saw the northern lights. Would definitely stay here again.

Percect stay in this remote location on the sea. A bit of history museum of prehistory also in the building. The lady was very helpful and the breakfast excellent. Very tranquil, clean and cosy place.

Clean place with everything you need. They upgraded our room for free and that might be the reason we saw fantastic aurora. We went to see it earlier in the evening, saw some, were really happy and came back inside. But a bit later, maybe after an hour, my husband saw extremely bright aurora through our room window (since we got an upgrade to room with a view). We are absolutely thankfull!
