The units in the farm stay are equipped with a kettle. All units have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and certain units at the farm stay have a terrace. At the farm stay, units come with bed linen and towels. We truly enjoyed the calm and dinners at the family restaurant. If you like good food, this is most definitely a place to visit. The place is generally super clean, comfortable and not far from the coast. Prices are more than fair at this specific moment of Croatian economic history. Any point on the coast is 10-15 minutes drive. So, if you like food, dislike crowds and don't mind going to the beach by car (positive side is that you can explore new ones from day to day) I would recommend this place...and would visit again myself .
The hotel is cute, immersed in a green area, with lots of plants and trees all around. Most of its services and facilities are simple and improving, do not expect luxury but rather a rustic and family-run location. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The room was quite large, with a lot of comforts. The swimming pool was awesome, constantly cleaned, and large enough to accommodate a handful of visitors. The restaurant of the hotel is superb, great value for the money.
Beautiful rural location. We were a family of five - 3 teens and we rented both apartments which worked well. En route to Cres from Slovenia and this was perfect stop off. Our host Mirjana was charming and helpful.
Authentic farm stay
A very quiet traditional and beautiful renovated farmhouse with a very warm welcome. Allen was full of good advice about places to see and where to eat. The room was modern spacious and very comfortable and breakfast was excellent with local specialties every day. A good base to explore Istria. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
Every once in awhile you realize how lucky you are to be a traveller. Our stay at Farmhouse Cubani was one of those times. Alan was the most amazing host! We loved spending time with him, meeting the friendly dogs and enjoying his little slice of heaven. Do not hesitate to book if you are looking for a slice of authentic Croatia in a beautiful setting. We would love to return some day!
Gorgeous roomy farmhouse that has been beautifully restored. Each spacious bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen really well equipped. Huge amounts of outside space in the peaceful garden and a lovely pool area. It's even nicer than the pictures!
We loved the location - really rural and rustic.
Alen and his family are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The Farmhouse is in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by nature - everything looks as in the pictures or even better. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be greeted by the two old farm dogs (very kind, contained animals) every morning. Alen helped us with tips for activities and restaurants in the area and we could even use bikes for free to get to one of the close-by beaches.
