Located in a rural location close to Stirling, Woodcockfaulds House offers accommodation with free WiFi and access to a garden. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. We were a late booking but this was not a problem and our room was set up perfectly for us. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a couple of seating areas. Very quiet with no traffic or other guest noise. Well appointed bathroom was very spacious with a shower and bath (separate) and room to move around. Tea and coffee making facilities with packets of biscuits was a nice touch. As advised, the accommodation is on the outskirts of Stirling and not walking distance to the town so would need a vehicle to stay here. We had a lovely full Scottish breakfast the next morning. The host Debbie was lovely and gave us some recommendations on local places to eat and visit, which we did and enjoyed greatly. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ardgarry Farm features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Invergarry, 41 km from Glen Nevis. Cozy little house with plenty of space. Kitchen, laundry and DVD collection are plus. Love all the horses, donkeys and dogs.

Featuring garden views, Capledrae Farmstay Shepherds Huts features accommodation with balcony, around 33 km from Hopetoun House. My first visit to Scotland was unforgettable, thanks to our stay in these amazing huts. Maggie, our host, was fantastic, making us feel right at home. The beautiful setting, warm hospitality, the friendly horses and our alpaca adventure made our trip truly special. It was also lovely being able to have a BBQ in the cute little hut. An added bonus to the stay was Maggie's niece, Courtney, who taught us about the alpacas and even let us walk them—a unique and fun experience that my boyfriend, 12-year-old daughter, and I all loved. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing and the bed is very very comfortable. The place was immaculate and it is the perfect location to see all of the island.

Featuring garden views, “Whitekirk” Rock & Castle Escapes provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.1 km from Seacliff Beach. Perfect setting for our needs just enough distance from the town. We got left alone which was ideal.

The views were amazing and Lisa's attention to detail was amazing. It was well worth the money and I will highly recommend to family and friends in Scotland.

Situated in Stirling and only 5.5 km from Lake of Menteith, Nether Glenny Farm features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing location and hosts were very hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Braeview Glamping is set in Eyemouth, 21 km from The Maltings Theatre & Cinema, 45 km from Lindisfarne Castle, and 38 km from Etal Castle. The “glamping pod” was a beautiful build, superb workmanship, brilliant amenities, serene location and Morag was a delight to interface with. Our landing in country had not gone smoothly so we were a bit frazzled. Her energy and thoughtfulness made those memories disappear. I would highly recommend this this property.

Offering a garden and garden view, Roualeyn is situated in Huntly, 13 km from Huntly Castle and 42 km from Elgin Cathedral. It was self catering - but I received free goodies like fresh local eggs and some naughty foods which was delightful.
