The property has an outdoor dining area. We had a very pleasant time at The Manor Pen on the New Year’s Eve. We were looking for a quiet place trying to avoid fireworks as our little dog is terrified of them. It was perfect, quiet and cozy, with a well equipped kitchen where we managed to prepare a nice meal.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the farm stay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. It was wonderful, very unusual. The setting was beautiful, in gorgeous lush countryside with sheep in the next field. We stayed in the hut and the facilities were across the way. There was a lovely lake view and plenty of seating to enjoy it. It was so comfortable and the host was helpful with great suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable.

West Malling is a very nice market town and the Farm House pub is a lovely spacious premises in which to be located
Location was perfect, arrived by train and walked everywhere. Quex Park has a rural feel. The accommodation is very well designed with modern kitchen and bathroom and everything you need in a neat compact space. The bed in the mezzanine was extremely comfortable. Adjacent was the Barn with shop, café and restaurant, providing groceries and tasty meals. Staff went out of their way to assist which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
Absolutely lovely location for a rural break. The barn cottage we stayed in was cute and beautifully furnished. The owners had baked some bread and made some muffins ready for our arrival (both very tasty) and heated the wood burning hot tub. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot, there is Wi-Fi and Netflix on the TV. We even got to feed some Alpacas before we left! 11/10 will be back ASAP.
The location is great! The room had an amazing view to the fields! It was clean, warm and comfortable. It is still in a beautiful farm house. The hostess is very friendly and ready to help!! I will definitely be going back.

Location superb. It is a rustic farm cottage in the countryside so expect a few bugs and as you expect a country cottage to be; but was spotlessly clean, well stocked and plenty of space. Extremely friendly and helpful owners. I would recommend and would be happy to stay there again.
Perfect location for going into Margate, the farmhouse is rural yet not that far. The host's were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We were on a motorbike tour and they gave up an outbuilding to house our bikes. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice touch with bath robes and slippers. Breakfast was great. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside we had a lovely couple of nights stay.
