We had an amazing welcome from the owners, who arranged everything we needed and advised us what to do during our short stay (including booking a tuk tuk tour of Ayutthaya, boat trip & restaurant). Really clean & homely accommodation and beautiful rural location. Would definitely go back - wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely traditional and authentic accommodation. It was rustic, with some quirky touches and set in a quiet location. Duke (the owner) is very helpful and is fluent in English. We particularly liked his smiley and helpful staff. The breakfast was traditional and very good. Good wifi. We enjoyed the organised river boat trip and the tuk tuk tour of some of the main Wats. Duke organised a local taxi company to do an airport transfer.

A lovely quiet rural place to stay. Beautiful location next to the river. Relaxing with easy access to Ayutaya. Price was an absolute bargain and included an excellent breakfast.

Lovely rustic spot with great host. Breakfast was very good and we hired a scooter from the hotel for getting around. Peaceful and quiet, although can hear dogs barking at night.. We loved the place.

Everything! It is a beautiful B&B which captures the charm of a rural cottage. The room was cosy and comfortable. The property is run by a very efficient lady, she arranged for our boat trip and airport drop. Breakfast was excellent - no fancy buffet but you get a freshly cooked meal with fruits, bread and beverages.

Baan Thai House is a delightful small boutique hotel tucked away off the main road and down a lane way amongst local family and farm houses. We had a family room for the younger family group and my husband and I had a charming traditional Thai House up off the ground. It was cool and welcoming on our arrival on a hot afternoon. our bathroom overlooked a lake. The children enjoyed cooling off in the hotel pool. Just a beautiful surprise st the end of a hot day of travel from Bangkok.
