Absolutely perfect quite mountain retreat with amazing breakfast, incredible views, awesome hiking trails, and very friendly staff. I could easily spend a month here in the summer time. The warm bread in the morning was fantastic. Sitting around the fireplace at night listening to Christmas music will be remembered

Sandra, the Manager, Biatriz the Team support and Luís the Housekeeper, were amazing hosts.
They made us feel welcome at all times. Sharing with us the delicious figs, grapes, strawberry passion fruit (tried it here for the first time) which they harvested from the own trees, bushes at Casa Nova Rural.
The amaizing breakfast served every morning outside, looking at the Serra da Estrela.
Sandra, mas sure to that you get everything you need in the house and outside the premises. For wine tasting or for dinner.
Since, we were the only guests present after the big Dão wine festival in the beginning of September. We got an upgrade from the room to the Apartment, which is better than the pictures can tell.
All rooms have individual ACs and the fantastic view from the living room, kids room and even the Bathroom is mesmerizing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Quinta. The location is rural It is a great getaway for exploring the mountains, river beaches and the authentic villages. Parking was in front of the house. Driving the narrow roads to the accommodation could be little bit adventurous but with the smaller car is manageable. We had a double room with large terrace looking over the valley. Our room was smaller but cozy. The bed was comfy with the quality bedding. Bathroom was tastefully updated. The whole house is tastefully furnished with the antiques and art. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room and it offered a good selection of food. The owner was friendly and helpful. We appreciated evening herb tea and selection of tasty local cheese in the morning.

The place took my breath away upon arrival! The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the peacefulness and the beauty of the landscape. Maria the owner offered us a bottle of their wine and we yet to taste anything better in Portugal. Magnificent!! We want to go back and enjoy again!

The room was very clean and confortable, the animals in the farm were very pleasant to see. Didn't get to try the pool but it looked incredible. The landscape is so beautiful and the rooms also add a very rustic feel. Loved staying here!
The owners were very responsive, the kindest people ever and made our stay much easier. The house was just the cutest thing ever with a very pleasant garden right in the middle of a blueberry farm. Loved all the details.
We really enjoyed our stay there. It's a great place to spend a few days away from the buzz of the big city. Élio is a wonderful host, who makes us feel like we're home. His sister, Gina is a magnificent cook. And Igor, the farm's dog is so sweet! Don't be fooled by his size, he's a gentle giant.

it was a beautiful farm/vineyard with small casitas and rooms that are very well taken care of, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were huge and delicious as well!
Very very very friendly staff, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, and the kids lived the game room with snooker and table soccer.

Very sweet property in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect place to stop if you have your own transport and want to experience rural Portuguese life. The owners are very friendly, helpful and generous, kindly offering us beer upon our arrival :) The breakfast served is simple and delicious… with cheese made right on the farm! We just wished we knew how to speak Portuguese so we could communicate better with the owners as they seemed to have some interesting stories to tell :) Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!
