The place was in a great location, and the owners were so lovely and attentive! If you wish to eat at the property, the food is made with care and so delicious. It had all the necessary commodities (and more) while being surrounded by nature. A walk around the vineyard is a must and the view is breathtaking.

Location in a vineyard with expansive views is lovely. Beautiful public outdoor areas for sitting. Breakfast was good but offerings not very extensive.

It was one of the best places we stayed in Portugal. The hotel is beautifully located and decorated with attention to detail. Quite a large area with greenery and stunning viewpoints, a swimming pool with sun loungers, tennis court, billiards, etc. Everything you need for a successful holiday. Great view, convenient location with a short drive from the places we wanted to go while in the region. Staff was great at arranging dinner reservations in great restaurants in the region. The swimming pool was very nice to wind down at the end of the day. Breakfast was very good too.

We stayed for 3 nights. Amazing room with all the facilities you can think about, super clean, and has a breathtaking view of the Douro River. The food is excellent, everything is simply delicious and fresh, farm-to-table. The wine is fabulous. We also did a great massage in the spa. The staff is amazing, helps with everything, lovely and kind. We are waiting for the next time!
This was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Portugal. Every aspect of this farmhouse was perfect. The staff was truly above and beyond in every way, the food was insane (dinner, lunch and the breakfast spread). It was truly so welcoming and cozy. We also last minute got massages and they were incredible. Not to mention the breathtaking views that are truly above and beyond. Cannot say enough wonderful things!

Beautifully renovated property in a small rural town in the Douro Valley. Hostess picked us up from train, and host took us back next day, with coffee and pastry gifted!

Incredible location with breathtaking views of the Douro river and the surrounding vineyards. The farm house is very tastefully decorated and has a boutique feel which is both comfortable yet luxurious. The best part however is the staff who are incredibly helpful, sincere and attentive. Special mention for the restaurant that offered delicious options made with locally sourced ingredients and accompanied with wine directly from the vineyard.
