Exceptional in every way! Pedro and Alexandra are warm, kind, and thoughtful hosts. Their backgrounds in the food, wine, and hotel industries are evidenced by their attention to detail paid to every aspect of your experience in their peaceful, country retreat. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious - everything from bread, jams, fruit picked from their own trees, fresh eggs from their hens, ham, cheese, yoghurt, granola. coffee, and juice. If possible, be sure to stay for an unforgettable dinner personally prepared by Alexandra and complemented by a unique selection of natural wines procured by Pedro. Portuguese hospitality at its best!

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Just a short, convenient trip from Lisbon, the vineyard is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful agricultural region. David went above and beyond to meet our every need, always greeting us with a smile and helping us explore the grounds and nearby area. The vineyard owner gave an insightful tour of the winemaking process, followed by an unforgettable wine tasting. Our room was cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Overall, this was an exceptional value and the perfect weekend getaway.

Terrific location in the middle of all the places we were visiting - Obidos, Peniche, Caldas. Private, quiet in the midst of nature with oversight of the apple and pear orchards - bordered by the pine trees for which the area is well known. Common living room and kitchen were an added bonus. Very tastefully decorated as though we stepped into an earlier age.
Offering pool views, Quinta do Oratório Agroturismo in Óbidos provides accommodations, pool with a view, and a garden. This farm stay features air-conditioned accommodations with a patio.

Fresh bread and homemade jams and fruit for breakfast was fantastic. Property was quiet and beautiful. António and Carlos were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended…..
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Amazing estate, very clean, breakfast was excellent and home made, big and comfortable rooms, incredible atmosphere. Location 20 min from Obidos.
Francisco and his wife are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcomed, we enjoyed the tour of the house and farm.
At Quinta da Foz, you share a historic home and grounds in the village of Foz do Arelho with three generations of family and pets. We stayed in the spacious cottage room adjacent to the house and it was a perfect change from Lisbon's urban setting. Our host and owner was friendly, accommodating, gracious, and freely shared the story of his family's long history in the home. Our room was rustic, but clean, comfortable, and quiet and breakfasts in the yard or on the porch were very good.
The place is a true museum. It is a farm house that dates back to the 16th century. The furniture is also antique and well preserved. The special stmosphere goes along great comfort and a very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you for the unique experience.
