I didn't like it at all because the room is next to a stream and there was a lot of water flowing and it was very noisy.

Such a nice little hidden away place. Not the best if you are looking to tour the Douro but for what we wanted it was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice outdoor area to go explore the water fall. Good facilities & well equipped kitchen. Perfect place to stay with a dog. Would have been nice to stay longer. Make sure you get supplies from one of the bigger towns on the way there.

The property and area was very serene , quiet, and beautiful. The place was interesting and cozy. I wish we stayed longer. I highly recommend this place, although there might be some who think this place is too rustic.
