Perfect location in a quiet rural neighbourhood a short walk from the town. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was plentiful and very tasty. Can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
The villas are wonderful and the views are amazing. The villas are located just outside of town in an area of still mostly farmland. The interior of the villas are very well appointed and have a great style.
The host is wonderful. I did a lot of research on the different villa options around Zabljak and believe that Villas Chardak is one if not the best villas in the area.
The villa was something you see in fairy-tales! It is rustic and functional, and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The location is off the beaten path, and very quiet. The hosts met us at the villa, and were very warm and hospitable. My family and I enjoyed the stay very much!
Everything was perfect. Was very cosy house. Clean inside and lovely wood smell. Friendly and helpful owner. Tried breakfast from local farm - very tasty also.

The location was really great for a rural retreat, tranquil views across beautiful Žabljak. I walked/hiked to Black Lake and it was really nice (half on farm roads, half through the forest). The food at the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast.
We loved this place. The family are so hospitable, the food was wonderful and the rustic setting is just what we hoped for. We had a few power outages but this just made the night sky even more amazing. The two apartments were spotlessly clean and Nicola and his family were so helpful. Our children loved the small farm setting including the cows, pigs, kittens and dogs. We loved the Tara gorge and Black lake which are nearby.
What a magnificient place! Apart from the old Farmhouse (with old silent folks) about 70m away there are no direct neigbours. It is perfectly lonesome and the property very big. About 600 m away from the Highway, it is very quiet. We very much enjoyed the beautiful Views. Perfectly comfortable House for four!
