The property is beautiful. Traditional indoor eating area with the old stone walls and ceiling. The outdoor evening dining area sits amongst the fig trees and grape vines which was very charming. The pool area is very relaxing and peaceful. Water temperature was a great escape from extreme heat or returning from an excursion.
The restaurant staff are exceptional, very hard working and accommodating. Food was delicious.

Raffi was a wonderful host. She was always available to us if we had questions. A walk on the country road that wraps around this large property, is a must. You will find olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, and if the right time of year, prickly pears.

The place is out in the nature and very different to the standard locations you would typically visit. Presents a great view to the classical Italian countryside. The place is well positioned between Bari, Matera and Alberobello and is great for traveling to any place within Apulia.
The host is very very nice, easy to communicate with and helps out with anything.
It's great value for money if you are not super choosy.
Breakfast and dinner are fresh and delicious.
A good location for a stress-free getaway in Monopoli, Agriturismo Tenuta Chianchizza is a farm stay surrounded by views of the garden.

I loved everything about the property! It was beautiful and relaxing.
They had 2 adorable, friendly dogs that greeted me everyday. They had other animals on the property as well. They had cats, chickens, goats and horses. It was a true working farm.
I loved the beauty if the property and would walk around adoring the beautiful olive trees and relaxing by the pool.
The staff was amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me when I had issues with my rental car.
Staying at the property was my favorite part of my time in Monopoli.

Beautiful farm house, new renovated rooms. Good location for short day trips around Puglia. Very nice hosting family. We enjoyed the true agriculture experience with active fields around (manage your expectations, there may be smell, noises and workers around, as this is an active farm). Wonderful for families with playground, huge open spaces and a pool.
We really enjoyed our stay at this unique farmhouse hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were really good. We had a chance to use the outside pool and also enjoyed the dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was also great, many options, delicious food!
This is an interesting period building in excellent condition for its age and with masses of charm and character, The restaurant was charming. Not showy, just charming. The food was rustic and interesting. Food and wine were superb value.
We had a beautiful honeymoon at Lama San Giorgio. We stayed in a spacious and quiet room in the old farmhouse and admired the scenery of vineyards, olive and cherry trees. The food and wine in the evenings was excellent and the staff were kind to english speaking tourists who did not speak much italian. A quiet and romantic trip was what we wanted and we were not disappointed.
