Beautiful location in the countryside. Away from the the hustle and noise of the city but everything is still very close by if you want to access it. Large outdoor pool facility if you want to lounge around for a day. Some of the best meals we had while in Italy were at the restaurant here. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Featuring a garden, Agriturismo Tenuta Chianchizza is located in the Apulia region, 2.5 mi from Monopoli. Olive oil, cheese, fruit and vegetables are produced on site.

I loved everything about the property! It was beautiful and relaxing.
They had 2 adorable, friendly dogs that greeted me everyday. They had other animals on the property as well. They had cats, chickens, goats and horses. It was a true working farm.
I loved the beauty if the property and would walk around adoring the beautiful olive trees and relaxing by the pool.
The staff was amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me when I had issues with my rental car.
Staying at the property was my favorite part of my time in Monopoli.

The property is beautiful and quiet. The pool is great and the restaurant served delicious food. Everything worked perfect for our brief 2 days stay. The location is also pretty convenient and close to all the main towns in the surrounding valley. They even mailed us a piece of bathing suit we forgot in our room.

We planned a relaxing day during the vacation and enjoyed the pool and lovely surroundings. There was a very nice garden area outside our room that we enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was a large event planned that evening, so we could not eat either lunch or dinner here. Breakfast was delicious and not to be missed. We bought our first of several bottles of olive here which came from their trees. It is a lovely facility.

I absolutely loved my stay at Masseria Torre Rossa. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, with beauty everywhere you looked, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance that made it feel like home. The room decor was stunning, and the value for my stay was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Nicolette (spelling?) in particular was amazing—she made my stay even more enjoyable by organizing transportation and booking a personal massage therapist. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!
Boasting an outdoor pool, Masseria Eccellenza is set in a stylish farmhouse of the 1600s. Located in Pezze Di Greco, it offers rooms with views of the garden, free WiFi, and free parking.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
We loved the place!
The property is fairly isolated, and when you get there you're wondering if you're in the right place.
But then you see that this is such a historical and truly rustic place (nothing fancy, mind you).
The owner is a lovely lady, super welcoming, kind, and helpful.
Our room was rather spacious and quiet, with almost no need for aircon at all (at night the temperature drops).
Though this is a very old property dating back centuries, the rooms are all renovated, the same goes for the bathroom.
I really enjoyed the facilities which are great, the rooms, the pool and the surrounding of the old olive farm is simply beautiful ! Big Thank for the gentelman taking care of the pool area and the bar as he played such a relaxing music and was extremely friendly and helpful.
Quiet countryside with a farm like feel. Loved the fresh produce from the orchard and garden, the donkeys and family feel from the owners. They are delightful. Good central location to many local towns.
The appartment is very nice and well equipped. Very calm location in the middle of little farms where there are a lot of olive trees. We were received warmly by the couple that live in the adjacent house. They offered us fruits and olive oil that they make from their olives trees. It is so good we would have bought a bottle from them if we were not back packing. We met Pepe when we were checking out and he gave us some recommandation on places to visit.
Ideally located between Monopoli & Alberobello. It was a lovely setting amongst olive trees & the gardens were also well kept. T & he infinity pool was perfect on a sunny day, but very chilly as it was late May & there'd been a lot of rain so it hadn't had a chance to warm up. You could still tell that it used to be an old self sufficient farm house, it has been sympathetically renovated into a charming hotel. The both the rooms & bathrooms are good sizes & the bedroom has a small fridge too.
Actually there are two properties and we stayed at both. One is an old farm house recently updated and surrounded by beautiful farmland. The other an old farm
mansion converted to guest accommodations and set in beautiful gardens. Both wonderful. And the staff from the owner to everyone else couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. An A+ experience all around.
The place is gorgeous, a lovely ancient farm house redone with excellent taste and with all the modern comforts you could need.
Ezia and her family and staff are the best hosts, warm, accommodating and eager to help with our every need. The complementary breakfast was big and lovely with great coffee and service. The swimming pool is a dream.
We wish we could have stayed for longer, its a truly special place.
The wonderful host, Cecilia, who made you feel not like a hotel guest but like visiting old, good friends. The B&B is located in an old, fully refurbished farmhouse. The house is very nicely and tastely decorated. Breakfast was served on terrace surrounded by olive trees with home made jams, cakes, local cheeses, hams and sausages. On top were fruits from the garden. Plus tasty coffee or tee, for delight of my wife, made an exceptional start of your day. We spent 5 days there and we already miss the place.
