A truly special place, run by special people. Beautiful grounds and spectacular room. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Huge selection of fresh food. Location is perfect. 10 minutes drive to Monopoli but feels peaceful, quiet and private. Rafi and her family made us feel extremely welcome. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The exterior appearance of the building looks quite nice. The place seems to have some nice facilities which we did not have a chance to use because of the season and the short stay

Wonderful spot to stay, staff were very pleasant.
Wonderful little playground, it made our first visit around Manopoli memorable, and we are planning a return trip and intend on staying here again.

Beautfiful family-owned bed and breakfast (hopefully soon with lunch and dinner) in the rural Puglia, close to Alberobello and Ostuni. It's peaceful, it's authentic, it's high quality. The owners have a farm, and you can see the animals around. The breakfast offered home-made products, the ricotta and the cakes were fresh and tasted absolutely delicious.
The hosts are extra-kind.
We travelled with an Electric Vehicle. There is no plug in the facility, but there are charging points around.

Great choice, couldn't ask for more, staff where very helpful and always asked if we would want anything else to eat.
For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
We loved the place!
The property is fairly isolated, and when you get there you're wondering if you're in the right place.
But then you see that this is such a historical and truly rustic place (nothing fancy, mind you).
The owner is a lovely lady, super welcoming, kind, and helpful.
Our room was rather spacious and quiet, with almost no need for aircon at all (at night the temperature drops).
Though this is a very old property dating back centuries, the rooms are all renovated, the same goes for the bathroom.
I really enjoyed the facilities which are great, the rooms, the pool and the surrounding of the old olive farm is simply beautiful ! Big Thank for the gentelman taking care of the pool area and the bar as he played such a relaxing music and was extremely friendly and helpful.
Quiet countryside with a farm like feel. Loved the fresh produce from the orchard and garden, the donkeys and family feel from the owners. They are delightful. Good central location to many local towns.
The appartment is very nice and well equipped. Very calm location in the middle of little farms where there are a lot of olive trees. We were received warmly by the couple that live in the adjacent house. They offered us fruits and olive oil that they make from their olives trees. It is so good we would have bought a bottle from them if we were not back packing. We met Pepe when we were checking out and he gave us some recommandation on places to visit.
Ideally located between Monopoli & Alberobello. It was a lovely setting amongst olive trees & the gardens were also well kept. T & he infinity pool was perfect on a sunny day, but very chilly as it was late May & there'd been a lot of rain so it hadn't had a chance to warm up. You could still tell that it used to be an old self sufficient farm house, it has been sympathetically renovated into a charming hotel. The both the rooms & bathrooms are good sizes & the bedroom has a small fridge too.
Actually there are two properties and we stayed at both. One is an old farm house recently updated and surrounded by beautiful farmland. The other an old farm
mansion converted to guest accommodations and set in beautiful gardens. Both wonderful. And the staff from the owner to everyone else couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. An A+ experience all around.
The place is gorgeous, a lovely ancient farm house redone with excellent taste and with all the modern comforts you could need.
Ezia and her family and staff are the best hosts, warm, accommodating and eager to help with our every need. The complementary breakfast was big and lovely with great coffee and service. The swimming pool is a dream.
We wish we could have stayed for longer, its a truly special place.
