Location is amazing, in the middle of a huge property with gorgeous trees and surroundings. We had a great view of the sunset from the terrace of our room.
The room and bathrooms are very big, as is the bed, and quite comfy. The fresh breakfast is amazing, many thanks to the great lady who makes it (jams, cakes and all), it was on another level! (unfortunately her name escapes me right now).
The pool is beautiful and you have access to the whole property if you want to take a walk (or run).
We had dinner there one evening and the quality was also excellent.

Absolutely amazing stay (we went at the end of August). Located in a secular olive grove, it was just like in the fairy tales. The rooms are comfortable and very true to local traditions. The food is beyond any dream. Make sure you order scrambled eggs with ham in the morning. For dinner you’ll eat the best meal of the area (and possibly of your life), but be wise and choose not to choose! Let your hosts do as they know best! And try the local wines. If you want to spend some time at the pool, you’ll not regret it, it’s just water poetry!
Our hosts are a truly special family, who ensured we didn’t miss anything. They were so kind and warm and welcoming!
Not the least, if you plan to explore the entire area (from Gallipoli to Otranto, and possibly also to Polignano a Mare and Alberobello) it’s very well placed, being right in the epicenter, minimizing your daily time spent in the car.
All in all it was an unforgettable experience and we are sure this is the place where we would like to come back.

Everything was perfect - it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting, extremly taestfuly renovated and furnished, and spotless clean. Mariangela was an amazing host - kind, helpful, hospitable. She gave us great tips and prepared an amazing breakfast every morning.

Great pool and pool bar. Attractive interesting buildings, excellent food at dinner, helpful and very friendly staff. Remote location seemed a disadvantage at first but soon became a big plus in this wonderful peaceful rural location but you really do need a car.
Everything about the location, the property, and most importantly, Massimo, our wonderful host. Massimo came to pick us from the bus station, he gave us plenty of recommendations for food and places to go. He even brought us to an olive farm to buy some real good quality olive oils. Every morning, he would prepare a wonderful breakfast and we would have great conversations together. All in all, Massimo rates as the best host in the history of my travels. Bravo Massimo. We will miss your generous hospitality.

Beautifully restored 14th-century farmhouse. Incredibly helpful concierge - they could not do enough for you: taxis, restaurant recommendations etc. Amazing pool that we had to ourselves most of the time.
The rural setting of the accommodation was fantastic. The room was beautiful and was carefully cleaned and presented. The host of the farm stay was welcoming and did everything to make us feel at home. I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough.

So convenient to the town centre. Well maintained, Italian rustic house. It has everything you need and more! The host was very knowledgeable about places to visit, eat etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is stunning. Old school regal type stunning. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and we even had a little outside area. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. Nothing is too much for the staff especially Franchesco at night who was so helpful
