Me and my wife have stayed 4 nights at this agriturismo in May 20023 when Umbria is already green and beautiful but not filled up with hordes of tourists yet... Our host Luisa made our stay very comfortable and helped us in everything we needed. Grazie mille, Luisa, much appreciated!!! There are 12 apartments in total, most of them are on the ground floor with the direct access to the garden and the pool but 4 of them are on first floor (not very optimal in my opinion...) but with rather easy access by stairs. The swimming pool is big and meticulously maintained every morning. Whole terrain is very big and well taken care of. There is table tennis and some bikes for the use by the tenants. We liked it very much! The location is within short drive (15-20 min) to Bevagna, Assisi, Bettona, Spello and other charming little Umbrian towns. We would definitely want to come back again!

A beautiful property outside of town with an amazing view looking up at the convent. Small hotel with only 12 rooms (each room was a sign of the zodiac) very peaceful. Breakfast was nice and staff were all friendly.

The place is magical. Brand new, spacious and clean but has the charm of a medieval house. No detail was overlooked but the architect. The hosts are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! Fresh juice, meats, eggs, breads and pastries.

But the best besides the most accommodating owners was the view on the hillside of
St Francis Basilica which was directly in front of us

Amazing Location, Beautiful place and well kept.
The AC units are weak and when we experienced a heat wave in August we didn’t rest well at night... The beds and the pillows are too harsh unfortunately.
The pool is amazing - would have loved it to be open until 9pm or 10pm for weekend. Could use more umbrellas.
Overall - we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
This place is highly recommended for families with kids. The staff are very kind, the view is beautiful, and the wood-made building was clean. Breakfast was excellent, featuring homemade bread, cakes, and eggs. This facility is owned by a nice, friendly family, including a cat 😊.

Michele and Miguel are a delightful couple, leaving Milan to raise their family near Assisi. Modern rooms, designed for families. Breakfast was all homemade pastries/cakes and farm fresh eggs.
The agriturismo Is located on a wonderful Hill in front of Assisi. The strutture Is brand new, the room are clean and Wide and every Windows offer you a wonderful view of the Assisi landscape. The swimming pool Is awesome and the room with tennis tablet and calcetto Is perfetto for tour Kids. Perfect if you want to relax with your family in the middle of the wonderful Umbria. The owners of the Agriturismo are very kind and helpfull and the breakfast Is Simply perfect. Thank you!
