The property is perfect for anyone who wants to be near to nature but within easy reach of the city. It’s easy to reach the apartment by public transport from Innsbruck. It has everything we needed and the balcony has beautiful views. Very clean and homely feeling. The owners live on site and they are extremely helpful, friendly and generous. They sell fresh eggs and milk which was delicious. They have a small garden with swings and trampoline for kids. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to stay longer. A wonderful place to stay.

+ Fantastic location! Our balcony had a 180 degree view – to green fields, hills and mountains
+ The building is also beautiful – with traditional Tyrolean frescoes, flowers, a wooden fountain with spring water in the yard
+ Our apartment on the first floor was very cozy, in a rustic style, but with a modern renovation, spacious, bright and functional
+ Kitchen has a frige, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and everything for wash it + dishwasher
+ There was also TV, city maps, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, wardrobe for winter clothes and a shoe rack at the entrance
+ We spent half the time on the balcony, we just didn't want to leave it, it was so beautiful! There was a large table, two soft chairs and two entrances (from kitchen and bedroom)
+ Outside of guest house there is a picnic table and some parking places (it is impossible to get there by other transport)

We had a very exceptional view of the mountain surroundings from our terrace. Even the whereabouts view was awesome. Got to interact with the farm cows which was a unique experience. Everything in the house was cozy and clean. Fresh and very neat room and bedsheets which I am very pleased. Location with fantastic views of mountains and pastures. We stayed in Hayflower room with balconies all round. Hosts were extremely friendly and invited us to the farm and to see the animals. New, well equipped apartment. Clean, safe & secure area. Regular buses stop right outside the property, with 30 mins ride to Innsbruck Hbf.
Mrs Weber and Mr Weber are great hostess . Wonderful hosts, every morning we received milk and eggs from the farm. Great place with a fantastic view. We will be back soon.
Super friendly homeowner and farmer Magdalena helps with everything, brings fresh goods to the doorstep every morning and even offers pony rides for the children!

Perfect location to stay couple of days, very close to Innsbruck in a quiet and nice place (at a farm). Private parking (covered), awesome view from the balcony, quiet environment, kind and hospitable host. The apartments is very big, with a large living room and bath room. Very clean, in perfect conditions... you feel better than at home.
Very well equipped apartment. provision of welcome cards enabled us to use the local buses free and trips into Innsbruck, just half an hour away. we enjoyed chatting to the owners and their family, all very nice caring people with some lovely animals on the farm.
The location is nice with lovely views. It is very close to skiing and hiking trails. We appreciated the daily breakfast basket which included milk from the cows on the farm!
The apartment is very spacious, well furnished, and stocked. The owner was so nice - provided fresh milk and eggs from their farm and fresh bread every morning, took the kids for a pony ride and generally made us feel very much at home.
Very good to have free eggs, bread and milk in the morning to make breakfast. Possible to see the farm inside (cows, ponys, rabbits), interesting for children. Kitchen with all necessary equipment available.
