Situated on the banks of the Liesbeek River in Newlands, Vineyard Hotel offers rooms with garden or Table Mountain views. It features a pool and is a 10-minute drive to the centre of Cape Town. The location with a view of the mountains was superb. The gardens were a treat to explore. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from to cater to anyone's preferences. Terrace dining with a view of the gardens felt like a luxurious decadence. Food in general was excellent. The room was a good size, with sliding door that opened onto a most magnificent view, and allowed plenty of fresh air in. The gym was well equipped, and again with a magnificent view of the gardens. Wifi was seamless. Highly recommend staying at The Vineyard. I will certainly return.

As we are based in Somerset West and we were working on an project in Ottery (late Thursday night/early Friday) we needed to be close to Ottery and as a result the Southern Sun was a perfect location. The bonus was two queen sized beds in each room - perfect for 2 men sharing a room. The breakfast was superb and fantastic that it was available from 06h30. Will definitely make use of this accommodation in the future, if the need arises.

Located in Cape Town’s up-scale Newlands district, Fernwood Manor Boutique Guest House is an elegant colonial retreat, set against the slopes of Table Mountain. We had a lovely stay at Fernwood. The guest house is big and spacious with great facilities. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the location is perfect if you want to be close to nature but not too far from the city center. We would definitely stay again.

Conveniently situated in the Southern Suburbs, Riversong offers an outdoor swimming pool, remedial massages and a full-English breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and parking is available. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and always made to order. Very convenient location and garage for the car was a plus!

The perfect stay to come and go with privacy, security and comforts of everything I needed for my trip. Central and easy to get around, close to all amenties. Hosts were professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation was modern comfortabel and clean. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location for me, really nice spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and really clean and well presented. Loved the pool and gym on top floor - really made my stay. Very friendly and helpful reception and security staff too
