Neighbourgood Newlands has a fitness centre, a shared lounge and a sun terrace with swimming pool and à la carte breakfast in Cape Town. The location, the views and the proximity amenities. The stuff were very helpful, in fact the first day I landed at Cape Town my debit card was swallowed by the ATM and one of the stuff agreed to pay for my Uber as I had no money and I was to refund later. I was welcomed well, I stayed for five days and the stay was great. Daily house cleaning, communal kitchen that saves you money if you’re on a budget, the area is quiet yet you have everything you need around you including a mall and a train station. In fact I booked the residence because of all my choices, it’s the one that had the least negative remarks.

The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and always made to order. Very convenient location and garage for the car was a plus!

Providing a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, Orchard Lane is a recently renovated apartment 3 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and 10 km from CTICC. The perfect stay to come and go with privacy, security and comforts of everything I needed for my trip. Central and easy to get around, close to all amenties. Hosts were professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation was modern comfortabel and clean. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Located within the Newlands district in Cape Town, Newlands Peak Luxury Suite has air conditioning, a patio, and mountain views. The location is good and the host was very helpful in making our stay a good one.

Offering a garden and garden view, Elgin Townhouse-Excellent location is set in Cape Town, 11 km from CTICC and 12 km from Robben Island Ferry. We came to Cape Town to run Two Oceans Marathon and were looking for the location near the start line. That was exactly the place we wanted. Besides, it is lockated close to the shops, restaurants in a very quite, peacefull, green area. The appartments were big, clean, comfortable and very cosy. We found all the facilities at the appartments. There is a garage which we used because we rented a car. But most of all I would like to mention the hospitality, assistance and kindness of Brandon - the householder. He did everything to make our stay pleasant. The cost was absolutely reasonable. We can recommend this place to all who is coming to Cape Town and next year plan to come here again.

Set in Cape Town, Gorgeous, private cottage in prestigious Newlands. Offers accommodation with a pool with a view, a balcony and mountain views. This place is so peaceful and relaxing and very comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave. I felt very at home.
