Easily one of the best places we stayed in South Africa. Amazing friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, shower with hot water, great views over Capetown, the gardener even washed our car for a fee as it was so dirty. The neighbourhood is not that bad if you arrive by car. By foot call ahead and take the lower entrance. We loved our stay here.

Located less than 1 km from the International Convention Centre and bordering the historical Bo-Kaap, the Hyatt Regency Cape Town offers a 24-hour gym and free WiFi facilities. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are far better than some 5 star properties on the waterfront. The staff was so friendly, we felt like VIP’s at all times

Right in the CBD and walking distance to everything but tucked away to avoid noise. Staff extremely helpful despite last minute late booking. Fantastic old building being carefully restored with big comfortable bed and large shower room. Tea and coffee facilities in room.

Casa Del Sonder is located in the trendy De Waterkant, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It has a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and a 360 degree view of the city and Table Mountain. Beautifully renovated, designed and looked after with much thought and care. Excellent location. Lovely owners

Occupying a central position in the Bo Kaap district of Cape Town, the 4-star boutique hotel Rouge on Rose is located within easy walking distance of the city centre and the V&A Waterfront. The hotel is clean with lots of funky details but best of all is the staff. Michel and Jeanot are more than happy to help with any request and we loved chatting with the waiter at breakfast each morning. Breakfast was big and delicious.

Designed to cater for tourists as well as business executives, La Rose is an diverse blend of French, Indian, Cape Malay and African influences, where old world and modern embrace. Very friendly people, treated us like family. There were quite a few steps and the staff was cheerful and happy to help with the bags.
