And we got an upgrade to the suit on our last night, the room was beautiful. The check-in process felt personal and welcoming. Definitely better than your standard hotel check ins.

The staff was over the top helpful. I didn't realize my departing flight was at night instead of morning but they held my luggage for me and recommended places to go since I didn't have a itinerary for the day.

The manager has either cherry picked these incurable staff or the went to the best hospitality school. We were truly amazed of high quality of the staff, the great quality of breakfast spread. What can I can more. I was truly in awe is this real. Bravo everyone. This is the hotel to stay if ever in Saigon. Simply the best!
