I loved this hotel from the moment I stepped in until the moment I left. Tge communication with then before my arrival was easy and fast. I was welcomed with fresh fruits, fresh juice, water and cold towel. The room is big enough providing all the necessary amenities and spot clean. I had a room with no window, but it was ok for me. The breakfast has good variety and it is very tasteful. The staff is amazing! The best plus of this hotel. They are so welcoming, helpful and nice. I really want to mention Huong and Hoa, who did their best to accomodate me and took care of me the day I was feeling sick. When I left, the staff took me to the taxi and they were waving at me like a family away from home. Really, this hotel is amazing mainly to the staff, but also for the quality of everything. Search no more, this is the place to stay.

Makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus vanuit het vliegveld. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, kamer was ruim en schoon en er is gratis coffee en ice tea/sap gedurende de dag beschikbaar in de lobby. Het hotel biedt een gratis laundry service aan! Hier hebben we gebruik van gemaakt en oh, wat was het fijn! :) De vieze was wordt in de ochtend opgehaald en nog dezelfde dag schoon in je hotelkamer afgeleverd. We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad en bevelen dit hotel aan!
